Report Builder

The Report Builder allows users to configure and generate PDF reports from the threatER Portal. 

To access the Report Builder, login to the threatER Portal. On the Reports tab, select the Report Builder button.

Report Details

Users can provide a custom Title and/or Description that will be included in the report.

Report Parameters

The following global Report Parameters are available:

• Timeframe - users can select one of the pre-set options in the drop-down, or choose a custom time range
• Enforcers -  by default, a report can be generated for All Enforcers, or an individual Enforcer can be selected from the drop-down
• Policies - by default, the report can display data from All Policies, or an individual Policy can be selected from the drop-down
• Threat Categories - users can select which Threat Categories to include in the applicable Threat reports

The Report Parameters selected will apply to each of the report selections made below.

Reports

The following report types are available to add to the master report:

Verdict:

• Reason Summary
• Category Summary
• Top Ten Countries
• Top 10 ASNs

For each of these options, users can choose to include Allowed connections, Blocked connections, or both.

Top 10: 

• Countries by Threat Category
• ASNs by Threat Category

If one of these report types is selected, at least one Threat Category must be selected in the Parameters section.

Over Time:

• Reasons
• Threats

For each of these options, users can choose to include Allowed connections, Blocked connections, or both. 

Once your selections are complete, click the Generate Report button in the top right corner.

It may take several seconds for the PDF report to generate. The Generate button will not be active during this time and a prompt will display in the bottom right corner alerting you not to navigate away from the page.

Once it is ready, the document will open in a new tab and can be printed or downloaded to your local machine.
