The User Profile is where users can update their contact information, change their password, generate an API Key, and enable Multi-Factor Authentication.
The User Profile is accessible by selecting the person icon in the top-right navigation bar and then selecting User Profile.
User Details
The User Details section is where users can view and edit profile details and change your Portal password. Select the Edit Profile button to edit your profile. You can update the optional information of First Name, Last Name and Phone Number. Select Save when finished.
Email and Role updates can't be made on the User Profile. To update either of these, please contact your Company Master account.
Make changes to your password by selecting the Change Password button. Input the current password and the new password. You will need to reenter the new password for verification. Click Save when finished.
We recommend a strong password, which typically is between 10 to 14 characters in length. Though not required, a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols is also encouraged.
API Key
If API Access is allowed for your organization, Company Master Admins can generate an API Key for API endpoint authorization.
Select the Generate button in the API Key section to generate an API Key.
Once selected, an API Key and Secret will be created. Both are needed and should be maintained securely for API use. A new one will need to be generated if the API Key and Secret are lost at any point.
If API Access is not enabled for your company, this section will not display on the User Profile. Please contact your Company Master Admin if API Access is desired.
